1th October 2007 The second book on "Darwin's Second Voyage" (Chile, Perù, Galapagos) is published in Italy by Fabbri/RCS libri, it will be available at the Frankfurt Bookfair 2007. The prefactions are by Gianfranco Bologna, wwf scientific director and Daniele Jalla, president of ICOM Italia(Internatinal Council of Museums - UNESCO): "in this book much attention is given to ecology and climatic changes".
The first book (Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego) has received the Andersen Award for Divulgation, May 2007, in Sestri Levante. The Spanish Edition will be published by Edelvives. Further editions are working in progress . The book about Edison (italian edition by Editoriale Scienza) has received special mention of White Ravens 2007. The german edition has got another award: the book was on the January list of The best 7 - books for young readers", which is chosen by the magazine Focus and German radio. *** The Special Project for Fruit's Museum in Torino is ready. The book "looking for the lost fruits", about Italian biodiversity, is published by Editoriale Scienza. Here a nice group of young students in the museum with the book.
